I’ve decided to write down my goals that I want to accomplish before I die. I want to do this so maybe I can get more motivated on achieving it
So, I bought this land of 0.62 acres near a lake this summer.
If you don’t know, on my previous journal notes I wrote about the stage where I was in doubt of buying this (click here to read) because it was way over our budget. At this point I don’t regret the decision we took.
I’ve been client for this bank for about 3 years and I paid a lot of fees to them.
Like you all know (if not, check the other posts), I want to build my dream lake house. So I went to my bank a while ago to ask them if they want to help me with a mortgage. Guess what !?
After months of struggle and waiting for the paper to be ready, I finally own a land near a lake. My dream is starting to come true. But wait, there are more to come.
I’ll try to write down what the next steps are, so I have my dream lake house.
That’s the question I always have in mind when a storm passes by. Will my lake house “live” ?

As I told you on the previous post, we’ve found the perfect land for our lake house, but it doesn’t fit our budget. It’s hard to handle that amount of money but the land for the lake house is way to perfect and we don’t wanna lose it.
Because we fall in love for this land, I started getting money from all over the places into on spot, too see if we can afford it. When I said all over the places, I meant: parents, boss etc. And guess what? If you really want something you can have it. We managed to have all the money for our land without going to the bank.
A lot of things happened from my last note in my journal.
We saw the land that was near the lake and like every thing in life, nothing is perfect. The land was too tight, very thighttt. It has the shape of a trapeze. The entrance had like 6 meters, the back 14 m and about 80 m long. Beside that, the owner
My dream is about to become real.
This week was very productive. I’ve worked a lot for my clients, I even got double payment on one week and I barely reach a payment per week.
